*Student’s Personal Imprest Account is for his/her Personal Expenses as per the list given below. Imprest amount is over and above the annual Boarding school fee. A minimum balance of Rs.40, 000/- must be maintained at any given point of time during the year. Imprest Deposit must be replenished at the earliest by the parent to meet the day to day needs of students at
School. It Includes –

  • School Uniform
  • Medical Expenses outside school
  • Bed Linen
  • Telephone / Photocopy / Postage
  • House Feasts
  • Tuck shop expenses
  • Drop / pickup to / from airport, railway station, etc
  • Expenses for Shooting & External Sports Events / Camp
  • Any other expenses not specifically included in the above
  • Textbooks
  • Stationery
  • Educational Tour / Field Trips / Adventure Camps/Treks

FEES PAYMENT PLAN

  • A discount of 2% may be availed on the Annual Term Fee, when the full year fee is paid at the time of joining.
  • Last date for intimating withdrawal entitling non-payment of fee for the next Academic Year beginning 1st April – 31st December 

FEES RULES –

  • The School reserves the rights to review and revise the fees periodically and shall be applicable to all students. 
  • The submission of “Application for Registration” form and Registration fee does not guarantee admission.  
  • To confirm the admission it is mandatory to pay the 1st Term fee along with the admission fee.       
  • Parents are requested to pay the Fee before the due date. Payment after the due date shall entail a fine of  INR 250 per day after the date of actual payment. Non-payment of dues and fine within 3 months from the due date, shall lead to the child’s name being struck off the rolls of the School.
  • A sibling discount of 10% on Annual fee is granted to the younger sibling as long as an elder sibling is a student of Kāsiga Boarding School. The discount will be applicable only if the fee is paid within the stipulated period.
  • No fees will be refunded & will stand forfeited in favor of the School if the student is unable to complete his/her schooling during a term for any reason other than on medical grounds.

POLICIES

Security Refund Policy

  • Security deposit is refundable without any interest, Refund will be initiated by the end of the calendar year, the student leaves the School.
  •  Any arrears pertaining to fee, imprest, penalties and other charges in the account of the student will be adjusted from the security deposit.
  •  Security deposit is non-transferable/ non-adjustable to any other student account.
