- Deputy Head Pastoral care
- Should be around 40-45 years old
- A minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience as a housemaster or Dean in a reputed boarding school
- A genuine interest in the welfare and development of children
- The ability to engage effectively with children, adolescents, and adults with dignity and poise
- Proven problem-solving abilities to address bot!, student and pastoral staff concerns
- Strong con1n1unication and leadership skills
- Formal training in pastoral care and familiarity with best practices in leading boarding schools
- Economics & Business Studies Teacher:
- PGT with minimum 10 years’ experience in CBSE and CAIE.
- Head of Sports:
- M.P.Ed, with experience of 10 years as PE teacher as well as trained to coordinate
- Should be able to lead the entire sports programme in the school.
- Special Educator (SEN):
- B.Ed in Special Education or an equivalent degree, with an additional degree of PG Diploma/BA/MA in psychology.
- The candidate should have experienced working with children with special learning needs, ADHD and slow learners in an inclusive setup.
- Swimming Coach (Female):
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar capacity.
- The candidate should possess M.P.Ed/ B.P.Ed with specialization in swimming or Diploma in swimming from a recognized institution.
For all the above positions residential schools experience and fluency in English is a must.
